After months of preparation, in March Melinda was able to go to the Washington DC Temple for the first time. We as parents were honored to accompany her. It is an amazing experience to see your children prepare to go to the temple. The Sunday before she left for Utah, she spoke in Sacrament Meeting for her farewell. On the same evening, our family went to President Harrison's home to witness Melinda's setting apart as a full-time missionary. On Monday, Melinda flew to Utah to enter the MTC on Wednesday.
